This is a brilliant shop - I went in to ask them to tighten my sunglasses which they did, immediately - despite never having seen me before.  Then I started looking at their sunglasses - they have lots of different makes, mostly a great deal cheaper than the two rather famous department stores nearby!  They could not have been more courteous or helpful!  I haven't used their optician service but, if it's anything like the shop, it must be good!  I highly recommend it!

Mr. Chatoo knows the most about glasses and lenses of any optician I have come across. He goes the extra mile for his customers. He ordered a specific frame for me that wasn't available in the UK. He fits the lenses himself in his lab and it is top quality!

I’ve purchased 2 prescription glasses from Chatoo of London now and both the frames were completely sold out everywhere in the uk, until I came to Chatoo of London where they made the impossible happen and get my exact desired frames ordered, have my prescription lenses put in them and have the frames be ready for collection in only 2 weeks!

During the ordering process Mohamed truly went above and beyond to ensure the exact frames desired were received as soon as possible and my prescription lenses with my desired specification was ordered, ready to be applied to my frames the same day the frames arrive. Upon collecting the frame’s Mohamed again went above and beyond to make them the perfect fit and make sure I was completely happy with them before leaving.

The level of service and care for their customers at Chatoo of London (Knightsbridge) is honestly amazing,  I’ve never experienced anything to that level anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend them enough! 11/10
